If an existing customer attempts to terminate and re-rent the same space to receive the discount, they must vacate for at least 7 days and cannot guarantee availability of that same space.

The discount applies to the first three months only.Beginning in the 4th month, the lease automatically continues at the standard, non-discounted rate unless cancelled according to lease terms.Important notes:
