At Florida Secure Self Storage, some of our best new customers come from the people who already know and trust us—our current tenants. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Tenant Referral Program, designed to reward existing customers for recommending Florida Secure Self Storage to friends, family members, coworkers, and others who need a reliable place to store their belongings, vehicles, boats, RVs, and more.With the new program, both the referring tenant and the new customer can receive a $25 account credit when the referral requirements are met.
How the Florida Secure Self Storage Referral Program Works
Participating is simple.Current tenants can contact the Florida Secure Self Storage office and request a Referral Certificate, which will be sent by email. The tenant can then forward the certificate to someone they know who may be looking for storage.When the referred customer is ready to rent, they bring the certificate to our office and present it to our staff while signing their new lease. Once the lease is finalized, a $25 credit is applied to the new tenant’s account and a $25 credit is also applied to the referring tenant’s account.It’s an easy way to help someone you know find a trusted local storage facility while earning a little savings toward your own storage rent.
Who Can Be Referred?
The program is intended for new Florida Secure Self Storage customers. According to the program guidelines, the person being referred cannot have been a tenant at the facility within the previous 12 months.Referral certificates are also valid for 30 days from the date they are issued, so referred customers should plan to visit the facility and finalize their rental within that period.
Referral Certificates Must Be Redeemed In Person
To receive the referral credit, the new customer must present the referral certificate in person at the Florida Secure Self Storage office when signing their lease.The referral program does not apply to online-only reservations or automated move-ins.Visiting the office also gives new customers the opportunity to speak directly with our team, ask questions, discuss their storage needs, and find the storage option that works best for them.
There’s No Limit to How Many People You Can Refer
Have several friends, family members, neighbors, or coworkers who could use extra storage space?Keep referring them.There is no limit to the number of referral credits an existing tenant can earn through the program, provided each referral meets the program requirements. Referral credits are applied toward the tenant’s account balance for future rent and are not redeemable for cash.That means the more qualifying customers you send our way, the more you can potentially save on your own storage.
